Breakfast Club earlier opening time

To meet parent demand, there is now the option to drop children off at Breakfast Club at 7:40 am for a cost of £2.20. If your child is arriving at 7:45 am or later, the current cost remains at £2.00.

Welcome back

We hope you all had a good break over Christmas and New Year.

Christmas raffle

Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets for our Christmas raffle. We raised a fantastic £358 which will be put towards new literacy resources.

School uniform

Just a reminder that children are not allowed to wear trainers for school. If you have any questions regarding our uniform expectations, please do not hesitate to speak to me. Thank you

PE kit

Children are unlikely to be doing PE the first day back but it is helpful if children can have their kit in school all week to allow for any changes to the normal PE timetable.

Medication

Please can children bring in any prescribed medication that was taken home over Christmas.

FOBS Sweet Sale and Raffle Ticket Sale – Wednesday 19th December

FOBS are holding a sweet sale after school on Wednesday 19th. Raffle tickets will also be on sale, £1.00 per ticket.

Last day of term

Just a reminder that there are no clubs on Friday 21st December – the last day of term – and we finish as normal at 3:15 pm.

Choir

Well done to the choir children for their performances this week. I’m looking forward to seeing children sing in Bicton Church on Sunday at 6:30 pm and at St Chad’s on Monday from 4:30 to 5:00 pm.

Christmas raffle

Christmas raffle tickets, priced at £1 per ticket, will be on sale from Monday morning at the office. All monies raised will go towards the cost of new literacy resources and we thank you in advance for your support with our fundraising efforts.

Condover deposits

Please can all Condover deposits be returned by Monday 17th as that is the final date for us to inform Condover Hall of numbers. Thank you

Christmas performances

Children in classes 1, 4, 5 and 6 are going to the church on Monday morning to watch the dress rehearsal of Baubles – Class 2 and 3’s Christmas performance – so all children must bring a coat please.

Christmas jumper day and Christmas lunch

Just a reminder that it is Christmas jumper/outfit day and also our Christmas lunch on Wednesday.

FOBS sweet sale

FOBS are holding a sweet sale after school on Wednesday 19th.

Early Years playground

Please can we remind parents again that the playground outside Class 1 and Nursery is only for use during the school day and must not be used by children at the end of the school day.
