A fun day in Class 4

We have had lots of fun in class today.  We did pastel shell drawings, sewed rock pool creatures, and created our own rock pool museums.  Some of us also had lunch outside in the sunshine.

Class 4 Homework

Due to a busy week launching our new novel study, and because of bank holiday next week, homework will be sent home next Wednesday for Class 4 children. Thank you for all the cardboard that was sent in before the holidays; we now have a fantastic cave in the classroom thanks to your donations and Doug!

Class 4 woods visit

Class 4 will be going to the woods near school tomorrow for an exciting activity to launch our new novel.  As the weather forecast is not brilliant, it would be helpful if children could bring suitable outdoor footwear e.g. wellies/walking boots, and a coat.

Thank you!

Class 4 Dance

Today was the final day of our dance unit in Class 4.  The children have been working really hard to plan, prepare and perform a series of Viking dances.  The final performance was the Vikings invading Lindesfarne.  They did a fantastic job and they looked like very fearsome warriors!

Class 4 request!

If you have any unwanted cardboard boxes, larger than cereal box size, we would be very grateful if you would donate them to Class 4 this week!

They will help in transforming the classroom for our brand new novel study starting after Easter.

Thank you!
