School Council
Congratulations to the children who have been voted for as the new members of the School Council. Class 5 have a representative from both Year 5 and Year 6 to support younger children during discussions and work alongside Mrs Johnson who they will be meeting with in the next couple of weeks.

Bus
For younger children who travel home on the school bus, please can you remember to write in your child’s/children’s home-link books if they are going on the bus or are being collected. If there is no note in your child’s book they will remain at reception until they are collected, as we cannot allow children to go home on the bus if we are not certain that there is somebody there to meet them. Older children are generally good at remembering if they are going home on the bus. Thank you for your support with this.
School Calendar
Please can all reply slips be returned by Tuesday 30th at the very latest, as we need to start arranging for photographs to be taken and we cannot do so until all slips have been returned. If you do not wish your child to appear in the calendar, please can you still return the slip by Tuesday.
Parents’ Evenings
The online booking system for appointments will ‘open’ on the website on Monday.
Punctuality
We have noticed an increase in the number of children who are arriving after registration in the morning. Please could we ask that your child is in School for 8:55, as the registers are completed as soon as children enter the classroom.
