What might it be like for a visitor with dementia in our school? Worship council have been experiencing the difficulties people with dementia might have, when visiting our school. Reverend Dave made adaptations to the children’s sight, hearing and physical movements. We walked through the school, completing tasks that visitors would need to do. We talked about how the difficulties affected the way we did things and how we felt when doing it. This helped us think about the adaptations we could make to the school, to make it easier and comfortable for visitors.
