Monday 3rd        secondary schools transition day

Tuesday 4th        secondary schools transition day

Bicton transition day (children spend the day in their September classes)

Wednesday 5th  Only Birch and Nursery open

Thursday 6th      Sports Day: a.m. Nursery and KS2 / p.m. KS1  (Brass as normal for Year 5s)

Friday 7th           Only Birch and Nursery open

Summer HAF (Holiday Activities & Food) programme

Bookings for the Summer HAF (Holiday Activities & Food) programme are now open!

From 25th July to 1st September 2023, eligible children and young people are invited to take part in a range of fun activities, happening at 57 holiday clubs from across the county.

Changes to lunch menu – week beginning 3rd July

Please see the changes to the school dinner menu for next week:-

Tuesday 4th July – Roast Pork, Veggie Sausages or Jacket Potato

Wednesday 5th July – Chicken Nuggets, Quorn Dippers or Jacket Potato

Thursday 6th July (Sports Day) – Pizza or Sausages

Health and hygiene

We have been informed of a case of threadworms in school again. If you find that your child is affected, information can be found on the NHS website on how to administer treatment.  We ask that you do administer treatment if your find that your child is affected, to prevent them from being passed to other children.

Countryside Code Poster Competition

Picture News have teamed up with Natural England (and Shaun the Sheep!) to launch a special competition.
