Meet at the banner and then we will head to the start line when needed. Each year group will run together. Once they have completed the race and at the finish line they will meet Mr Andrews who will direct them to the collection point and parents can collect their children from here by showing their wrist band. Each child has a bib number and the parent will have a matching numbered wrist band to aid with collection and for safety.
If parking at the show ground: £3 in CASH only or park at Frankwell and its a 15 minute walk across.
Children will be given their T shirts and numbers this week. Children to wear the T-shirts and numbers on the day.
Please read the letter for all the information about the course and day.
