Class 5 have ‘chosen’ their spelling words this week, after making a bank of vocabulary whilst reading WarHorse.  These are words linked to WWI which they will be able to make use of in different writing activities over the next couple of weeks.  As well as learning to spell these words, I would like children to learn the meaning of these words to support our discussions in class. We have a wide range of topic books in Class 5 so please do not hesitate to speak to me, if your child needs any support with this week’s homework.
