Head of School Message

Dear parents/carers,

What a fun-filled week we have had! We were so delighted to be able to have Sports Day this week and I’m sure you’ll agree, the day was a resounding success.  We saw great teamwork, resilience, perseverance and motivation and we are so proud of every single one of our children.  I hope you enjoy looking at a few of the photos we have captured.

We are all looking forward to seeing England (hopefully!) progress in the World Cup but there will be no change to registration times on Monday morning.  Children will be expected to be in school on time and ready to learn so please take this into account when deciding how to manage the unfortunate match time!

Looking ahead to next couple of weeks, there’s lots going on!

Monday 6th/Tuesday 7th July – Year 7 transition days (please see information sent from secondary schools)

Tuesday 7th July – Transition morning at Bicton – Staffing update for Sept 26

Thursday 9th July – Year 6 Leavers’ Meal

Thursday 9th July 9.15am – Whole School Celebration Assembly with performances from Reception – Year 5.

Friday 10th July 2.30pm – iRock End of Term Concert

Friday 10th July from 3.30pm – FOBs Summer Fete – please see here for information.

Monday 13th July – Y6 Spirituality Day with Reverend Hannah

Friday 17th July 10am – Year 6 Leavers’ Assembly

Have a lovely weekend,
